2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • It should be returned in its original packaging, including certificates, tags, and any accompanying documentation.
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Custom-made, personalized, or engraved jewelry cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Sale items, clearance, or discounted products are not eligible for returns.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom or bespoke jewelry pieces
  • Items that have been resized, altered, or damaged after purchase
  • Jewelry that shows signs of wear or misuse

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@arudhrasjewels.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photographs of the item if it is damaged or defective.
  3. Upon approval, we will provide you with instructions for sending the item back. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. The returned item must be securely packaged and sent via a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive the item safely.

5. Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will also refund the return shipping cost.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us at support@arudhrasjewels.com. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account or payment method again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@arudhrasjewels.com.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, once the item is returned.
